These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://altis.vc (the “Site”) operated by Altis Ventures, Inc. (“Altis,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Legal Notices, and our Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
Scope: These Terms govern your use of the Site, including any free content or communications you receive from us. If you are a paying customer of Altis under a signed service agreement, your use of our paid services is governed by that agreement and its incorporated Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed customer agreement, the customer agreement controls.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. The Site and Our Services
Altis provides AI-powered venture intelligence research, including diligence reports, market analysis, and related content. The Site provides information about our services, publishes select research content, and allows visitors to sign up for email communications.
All disclaimers regarding the nature, accuracy, and limitations of our research and content — including that our content does not constitute investment advice, that AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, and that we disclaim warranties and limit liability — are set forth in our Legal Notices.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, research, analysis, methodologies, frameworks, data compilations, and software — is the property of Altis Ventures, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Site without our prior written consent
- Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any portion of the Site
- Use any content from the Site to build a competitive product or service

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Legal Notices and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Altis regarding your use of the Site. These Terms do not alter or supersede any signed customer agreement between you and Altis.
